The Increasing Economic Opportunity for Battered Women newsletter is a forum for sharing ways that domestic violence programs are responding to the economic issues facing battered women, particularly those living in poverty.
This Volume 2, Number 1, April 2001, second issue features articles on an Economic Action Program developed in Missouri, and, how in Pennsylvania and Alabama, some strategic collaboration with state welfare departments creates options for battered women.
This newsletter is published as part of the Building Comprehensive Solutions to Domestic Violence initiative, a project of the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence.
