General Material
Published Date
September, 2011

Over the last 6 years, practitioners have learned a lot about the opportunities and challenges that Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education (HMR) programs raise for our work to end domestic violence. This webinar explores questions such as: What is Healthy Marriage and Relationship (MRE) Education anyway? How have MRE programs worked with domestic violence coalitions and community-based domestic violence programs? What tools have been developed that might be helpful to our domestic violence prevention efforts? Where are the opportunities for collaborative healthy relationship work going forward? On this webinar recording, you will hear a discussion of this topic with Anne Menard, NRCDV Director and Rich Batten, NHMRC Project Manager along with advocates from the Missouri and Oklahoma domestic violence coalitions and their collaborative MRE partners.
