This review seeks to understand help-seeking by male victims of domestic violence and abuse and their experiences of support services. It aims to address the gap in the review literature focusing on the qualitative research which explores the barriers to formal help-seeking and the experiences of all male victims of DVA with helpseeking services. This not only brings together data not previously collated and synthesised but also provides an evidence-based summary for future service development.
