This safety plan is "designed to help adults with physical disabilities who have been or may be abused by an intimate partner, spouse, adult child, or other family member, personal assistant or caregiver." Sections include:

Important Note: Suggestions provided within this document will not apply to all circumstances for all individuals. It is simply a guide to be used for preparing individualized safety plans or thinking through safety options.
