Each October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month is recognized as a time to bring attention to the issue of domestic violence in communities across the country, share stories of survivors of violence, remember and honor individuals who lost their lives due to senseless acts of violence, raise awareness of trauma-informed approaches, and promote the resources organizations have to offer. In this webinar, presenters discuss ways in which organizations can use the energy and inspiration from DVAM to drive year-round awareness and prevention efforts. The presenters will share ideas on how to leverage sister awareness campaigns to keep audiences engaged and energized.
