This is the expanded and updated version of the book. The idea and original edition was developed in collaboration with many people in preparation and for distribution at the 2007 U.S. Social Forum in Atlanta.

The Power and Control Wheel was developed from the experience of battered women in Duluth who had been abused by their male partners. It has been translated into over 40 languages and has resonated with the experience of battered women worldwide. This page includes various adaptations and translations into a multitude of languages.

The Trans Agenda for Liberation is a community-led guide towards the world we deserve. Trans people hold the knowledge, power, and joy to create a future where we can all not only survive but thrive. 

Aside from setting screening guidelines, this manual discusses barriers faced by women in rural communities when attempting to protect themselves from domestic violence and presents guidelines for coordinating community response to domestic violence.

This report examines the fatalities that occurred in Arizona from January 1 – December 31, 2012, including intimate partner homicides, homicides perpetrated by family members, suicides related to incidents of domestic violence, and perpetrators killed by law enforcement when they respond to a domestic violence call.
