For: Teams of 2-3 executive directors and leadership staff of organizations addressing intimate-partner violence (DV/SA/HT). Goal: This workshop supports DV/SA/HT organizations to enhance practices to lead organizations effectively, and build a resilient organizational culture to fulfill mission. This webinar demonstrates how service agencies can benefit from the support of strong community networks by investing in a comprehensive community resource mapping process that connects survivors to community resources that can support their economic well-being.

This session will continue the conversation around successfully managing trauma-informed anti-trafficking programs, with special focus on both intended and potential unintended impacts of the work on both staff and clients. This webinar will also discuss ways anti-trafficking programs can continue to impact the anti-trafficking field as a whole. Cost: $35

People with disabilities are at significantly higher risk of domestic and sexual violence than those without disabilities. Survivors often face more frequent, prolonged abuse and multiple perpetrators. In this webinar, Activating Change staff will explore the unique experiences of people with disabilities and Deaf individuals—from the violence they face to the barriers in accessing criminal justice systems and victim services—and share strategies to improve responses and outcomes for these survivors.

NRCDV’s Youth Advisory Board is excited to introduce the Triumph Over Trauma Campaign in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month 2025. This youth-led campaign invites us to normalize and destigmatize experiences of trauma and adversity, and explore the ways we grow from these experiences towards resilience and healing. The launch party will center the voices of youth leaders who will share their experiences and reflections in celebration of survivorship.
