United States v. The Police Department of Baltimore: Consent Decree
Publisher(s): The consent decree followed an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice in which they found reasonable cause to believe that the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) engaged in a pattern or practice of conduct that violates the Constitution and federal law.
