USA Today is commemorating the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8th) with a special insert that will reach more than 1.5 million readers. Sue Else, president of the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), penned an op-ed piece that appears on page 22 on the critical importance on investing in services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
