The following resources include directories of service providers working with immigrant survivors of domestic violence, as well as manuals describing a number of immigrants’ legal rights and surrounding issues, including family law options for immigrants, interpretation services, and the intersection of immigration status, language access and court proceedings. As noted above in the introduction to this resource collection, while some material includes information on immigration status as it relates to other legal issues in immigrant survivors’ lives, most information on representing survivors in immigration proceedings is outside the scope of this resource collection.
